Meet Katharine

Katharine Emily Scotson is a licensed Florida REALTOR® with Coast to Coast Real Estate Professionals, a family-owned real estate and property management firm serving Central Florida. Since 2022 she has guided buyers and sellers through every stage of the process, from showings and open houses to negotiating offers and seeing each deal through to closing.

Before real estate, Katharine built her career in sales and marketing. As a sales associate for a luxury outdoor kitchen company she was consistently recognized for high sales, and as a marketing liaison for an Orlando medical practice she built community partnerships, hosted events and created targeted marketing campaigns. Today that experience means sharp negotiation for her buyers and standout marketing for her sellers' homes.

Katharine holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Western Governors University and an associate's degree from Valencia College.
